How to measure your foot length
- Place your foot flat on a sheet of paper with your heel against a wall.
- Mark the tip of your longest toe, then measure the distance from the wall to the mark.
- Write down the measurement and repeat for the other foot. Use the larger measurement when selecting shoes.

Description
We’ve been making the Bergen Boot since 2001. The simplicity of design and minimal stitching are what make this such a good quality boot. The upper is a single piece of top quality 2.8mm thick Anfibio leather, made in the traditional alpine style without any stitching around or across the foot. The lining is the latest technology from Sympatex® which uses a lightweight layered breathable insulation backed up by their military grade waterproof membrane, which is backed up by an ultra breathable insulated reinforcement, which uses a new 'non-wicking' long strand felt, 1mm thick. The ankle support on the boot is strong and firm, and underfoot support is Nordic grade with good torsional resistance and firm flex control. The sole is a hiking style Vibram® and Micro, the abrasion resistance of the upper is enhanced by a medium height rubber rand all round.

SIZE & FITTING ADVICE
For medium feet we suggest that you go up ½ a size on your shoe size - this works ok in 80% of cases and allows for a thicker sock to be used with the boots. The following 4 widths ----- XN, N, W, XW, may be specially ordered from the factory. However, for special orders a factory visit may be required for foot measuring and trying on.
